The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Wednesday shows Barack Obama attracts 46% of the vote while John McCain earns 41%. Those figures reflect a slight decline for Obama who had attracted 48% support for each of the preceding three days. For McCain, the results are little changed. For the past week, his support has stayed between 40% and 42%.

When “leaners” are included, Obama holds a five point advantage, 49% to 44% Thirty-six percent (36%) of voters say they will not change their mind and are certain to vote for Obama on Election Day. Thirty-three percent (33%) say the same about McCain.
