Victoria and Eva promote new LG Fashion Phone
In mobile phone company LG’s marketing news, Victoria Beckham and Eva Longoria are being used to promote a new range of fashion phones by the technology firm. The company have launched an advertising campaign in the U.S which sees the fashionista friends play with their phones, while Victoria styles Eva, playing up to her fashionista role.
Both ladies are seen wearing heavy make up and are dressed in various designer outfits before they strut their stuff down the catwalk together. The launch of the two new LG fashion phones sees the Lotus Elite as ‘edgy’ Victoria’s, while the Rumour Touch is Eva’s. New uber-airbrushed print ads have just been launched which see Victoria and Eva both promoting their new LG fashion phones.
Ms Beckham is no stranger to fronting adverts, with Marc Jacobs, Armani Lingerie and Rocawear under her belt, this one seems more fun for her as she gets to laugh along with best friend Eva.
It’s a decision LG’s bosses won’t be regretting and vice president of marketing and innovation for LG Mobile Phones, Ehtisham Rabbani said: “We don’t believe you should have to compromise your personal style or productivity, when it comes to your choice of mobile phone.”
When referring to their choice of stars to promote their product, Rabbani said: “We are thrilled to be working with Victoria and Eva; their involvement in the campaign highlights the relevancy of our design credo and reinforces the LG style heritage.”
The ad ends with the words ‘Friends, Fashion, Fabulous’. With these two iconic fashionable and strong women, sales are set to rocket on these phones.
